Where do you ship from?
We ship daily from Adelaide, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is free if you order over $300, else it’s a flat $50 fee. You will have to cover any import customs/duties. We will assist with a favorable invoice to minimize costs.
Do you have a reshipping policy?
Yes. We will attempt to reship packages once that don’t arrive to our customers (for any reason) free of charge.
Are your peptides manufactured domestically?
No. Our peptides are currently synthesized in China, but we do plan to onshore production to Australia eventually.
Do you provide quality assurance?
Batches are routinely tested both in China and here in Australia. We’re currently working on domestic testing and should have public results soon. Purity and quantity lab results are available upon request – please email us with the peptide you’re interested in.
How long do your peptides last for?
A very long time! We currently recommend usage within 2 years, but products should last longer than this with correct storage (freezing in a dark environment).
