Starting from today, all batches sold at Aus Aminos will have third party vial testing.
Initially, the plan was to test here in Australia, but the service we initially scoped is no longer taking orders. The good news is that we’ve decided to work with the most reputable third party testing service currently utilized in the industry: Janoshik Analytical.
Janoshik’s testing facility is located in Czechia, which does create some issues with turnaround times: from vials being posted to results received can take well over a month. The plan is to eventually get ahead of the curve so that test results are available before each batch is available for sale, but we understand that researchers would like to buy ahead of time to avoid stock being sold out.
What does batch-specific testing mean?
We place a great deal of weight on the track record of our partner lab: but every time a fresh batch of peptides is created, we want to maintain independent testing to ensure that you’re receiving what you paid for. For now, this means testing quantity and purity, but eventually, including other spot tests (sterility, endotoxins, heavy metals, etc.) is in the plan.
So, when we receive a new batch to put on sale, it’ll be sent through to Janoshik to confirm quality. This gives you the ability to independently verify what you’ve received is the real deal: it also allows us to keep our partner lab in check.
Testing is expensive (over $500 per vial), but it should provide you with a new level of trust in our products.
